Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce and nCino Developer to join our organization supporting complex implementations for a select group of clients. This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions across the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The position requires strong technical expertise, independent judgment, and responsibility for ensuring high-quality implementation within established architectural frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop customized functionality within Salesforce and the nCino lending platform
Configure, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and integrations
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Review code from junior developers, provide technical guidance, and enforce best practices
Troubleshoot production and integration issues, ensuring system reliability and performance
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams, and participate in agile development processes
Ensure implementations align with established solution architecture and design standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Extensive experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
Hands-on experience with nCino, including configuration and customization
Demonstrated experience delivering at least one enterprise-scale nCino implementation
Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns
Proven ability to work independently on complex technical initiatives with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting financial services or lending platforms
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Application Architect)
nCino certification or equivalent hands-on experience
Demonstrated experience mentoring developers and promoting technical best practices
